Refund Policy

I want every client to feel cared for. This policy explains when refunds and reschedules are available.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice and can be arranged by email. One courtesy reschedule is offered for genuine emergencies.

Missed appointments

Appointments missed without notice are treated as completed sessions and are not refundable. If something unexpected happened, please reach out — I’ll do my best to be fair.

Completed readings

Because readings are a personal service delivered in real time, completed sessions are non-refundable. If there was a technical problem on my side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
